Oversee corporate identity, company direction and objectives, and responsible for growth strategies and developing critical partnerships
Prior to establishing Urban Commons, was founder and president of a mortgage technology and origination outsourcing company, Moneyline Lending Services LLC, a real estate-focused banking, technology, and outsourcing firm with over 50 national banks and financial institution as clients
Taylor holds a BA from Brigham Young University

Co-founder/Principal of Urban Commons with over 15 years of real estate experience. Grew asset portfolio one property at a time
Developed numerous multi-family, retail, hospitality and office properties. Specializes in entitlement of raw and developed land in the densely populated California market
Maneuvered through and expanded portfolio during market downturn; acquired and developed targeted assets in strategic markets during market recovery and growth
Howard holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles

Chief Financial Officer at Urban Commons, with more than 30 years of financial experience in land development, retail, investor relations, business planning and financial operations
Prior to joining Urban Commons, Andrew spent four years as CFO at Sandstone properties, Inc. Andrew has also worked for investment banks, private real estate firms, Nasdaq-listed companies and has navigated real estate businesses through IPOs
Andrew holds a BS in Economics, Accounting and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School of Business

Vice-President of Investor Relations with extensive experience in financial services, including private wealth management, asset management, and investment banking
Prior to joining Urban Commons, Annie was the Executive Vice President of Ethan Capital, a privately-held real estate development company, leading client and lender relationships. Previous to that, she held management positions at Capital Group and Bessemer Trust
Annie holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School

Vice-President of Construction at Urban Commons with over 15 years of experience as a construction project management and real estate development executive
Matthew leads the construction department and oversees improvements of Urban Commons assets and the ground-up development projects. His expertise spans acquisition due diligence, project entitlements, design and construction project management
Prior to joining Urban Commons, Matthew was a Managing Director at the John Hardy Group, held leadership positions at Lowe Enterprises, Oxford Development and Las Vegas Sands Corporation and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas

As Vice-President of Finance at Urban Commons, Nick is responsible for acquisitions and capital markets activities
Prior to joining Urban Commons, Nick worked in corporate development at a leading boutique hospitality company, with earlier career experience in investment banking and private equity
Nick obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University

Michael is an Advisor at Urban Commons who focuses on identifying and structuring direct co-investments
As well as advising Urban Commons on financing, acquisitions and mergers, Michael is Chief Investment Officer at Karas Partners Inc. His past experience includes leadership roles at First Canadian Bancorp Inc., Karas Corporation and a publicly-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
Michael studied Business and Economics at University of Western Ontario

Joe is an Advisor at Urban Commons, specializing in real estate structuring, credit and underwriting
With more than 30 years of combined experience in real estate, real estate financing and mortgage banking, including over 20 years as CEO and Chairman of a publicly-traded REIT, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and unparalleled connections in the financing and real estate industries.
Joe earned his BS Degree from Seattle University – Seattle, WA

Brian is an Advisor at Urban Commons, specializing in asset liability, business continuity, global regulation and risk management
In addition to his role at Urban Commons, Brian is Cofounder and Chief Investment Officer at the Milepost Companies. With more than 30 years of experience in managing bank investment portfolios, Brian has held leadership roles at HSBC Bank N.A., JP Morgan Chase and, in recognition of his markets expertise, served five years on the Federal Reserve’s Treasury Markets Practices Group (TMPG)
Brian received BAs in Chemistry and Mathematics from Indiana University, Bloomington

Marco is an Advisor at Urban Commons, specializing in private equity-backed strategic mergers and acquisitions
In addition to his role at Urban Commons, Marco is a partner and Chief Investment Officer at the Soriano Group Family Office. Prior to these positions, he served as a VP at Goldman Sachs and at The World Bank Group as a Senior Financial Analyst under the Special Representative to the United Nations
Marco studied for his BA at NYU and his MBA at NYU Stern School of Business

Jason is an Advisor at Urban Commons, specializing in M&A, risk management and strategic deal structuring
As well as his advisory role at Urban Commons, Jason is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Milepost Global. With more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, Jason has held leadership roles at Liberty Bank and Norwest Financial (now Wells Fargo). Jason leverages his broad network to unify the goals of business leaders – he inspires growth between trusted partners by aligning interests to produce consistent results
Jason earned a BBA in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, Iowa City
