The  Queen  Mary  is  a  landmark  Southern  California  attraction  and  special  event  venue  surrounding  a  347-room  hotel  and  banquet  facility  aboard  the  historic  British  ocean  liner.    The  Queen  Mary  is  located  on  the  harbor  in  downtown  Long  Beach,  California,  near  Los  Angeles.  The  property  also  contains  the  Carnival  Cruise  Terminal,  private  heliport  and  Catalina  Cruise  Marina  offering  day  tours  to  the  Catalina  Islands.  The  property  is  walking  distance  to  the  Aquarium  of  the  Pacific,  The  Pike  Outlets,  a  shopping  and  dining  destination  featuring  over  344,000  square  feet  of  retailers,  entertainment  options,  and  restaurants.  The  property  is  also  walking  distance  to  the  Parker’s  Lighthouse  and  Long  Beach  Convention  Center,  providing  strong  group  demand.    The  Ship  is  currently  undergoing  a  multi-phase  restoration.   

The  property  comprises  12  total  decks/stories  with  hotel  rooms  on  floors  6,  7,  and  8.  Parking  facilities  include  1.3  million  square  feet  of  space  adjacent  to  the  ship.  The  hotel  has  2  elevators  available  for  guest  use,  2  elevators  for  external  boarding  of  the  ship  and  four  elevators  for  attractions/exhibits.

Food & Beverage Offerings

The  property  offers  three  restaurants,  including  the  Promenade  Café  (breakfast  and  lunch),  the  Chelsea  Chowder  House  (dinner)  and  Sir  Winston’s  restaurant  (fine  dining).  The  property  has  three  bar  offerings,  including  the  CCH  Bar,  Sir  Winston’s  Lounge,  and  the  Observation  Bar.  The  Mid-Ship  Market  Place,  features  quick-serve  breakfast  and  lunch  items  such  as  muffins,  scones  and  sandwiches.  For  the  leisure  travellers  and  locals,  the  property  offers  an  award-winning  Sunday  Champagne  Brunch  in  the  Grand  Salon  on  weekends  and  holidays.   

Recreational and Other Facilities

The  Ship  offers  many  activities  for  guests,  such  as  the  afternoon  Captain’s  Reception,  weekend  yoga  classes,  a  24-hour  Fitness  gym,  and  spa.  The  property  features  numerous  retail  options,  tours,  and  galleries.      

Using  adjacent  land  next  to  the  ship,  Queen  Mary  offers  musical  concerts,  special  events  and  festivals  with  partner,  Golden  Voice  Entertainment  (founder  of  the  renowned  Coachella  Music  Festival),  as  well  as  other  seasonal  events  such  as  Dark  Harbor,  a  Halloween-themed  promotion.
